The role offers autonomy to develop your section and potentially manage your own team, with support from experienced senior management. Successful candidates may progress to managing or directorship roles.

We seek recruiters with entrepreneurial flair, motivation, commitment, and a passion for recruitment, especially those with knowledge of the Residential Development sector and headhunting skills. Even with limited headhunting experience, we are keen to talk, as we provide training to develop your skills.
