We are looking to recruit a Senior Consultant with experience in recruiting management staff within a Rail Recruitment Desk on a permanent basis. This role involves recruiting Rail Professionals across various disciplines including P-way and Signalling. You can recruit for large national contractors or regional smaller contractors. The staff recruited will be management level.

The role offers the opportunity to develop and grow your section and potentially manage your own team, with support from experienced senior management within the Professional Division.

This position could lead to management or directorship roles if successful.

We are especially interested in recruiters with entrepreneurial flair, motivation, commitment, and passion for recruitment, with a good knowledge of the Residential Development sector and the ability to headhunt candidates. Even with limited headhunting experience, we are eager to speak with you, as Pinnacle offers training to develop headhunting skills, which can significantly increase your earnings.
