Job summary

Expleo is seeking a RAMS Engineer - Rail to join the team in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on reliability, availability, maintenance, and safety objectives for high-profile rail systems, with exposure to RAMS and LCC planning.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree and at least 3 years in mechanical, electronics or mechatronics applied to rail/related sectors, plus knowledge of 50126/50129 standards. French language is a bonus.

Qualifications

Engineering degree or equivalent qualification or experience.
Knowledge of 50126 and 50129 standards.
French language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage RAMS and LCC program plans describing reliability, availability, maintenance and security objectives.
Examine outputs for each design/testing batch to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Monitor RAMS during commissioning and warranty, report when criteria are not met and define corrective actions.
Maintain and prepare a file documenting system failure history for each case.
Participate in design reviews and portals for all systems/subsystems.
Perform SDF analysis (APR – FMECA - Fault tree…).
Manage and coach junior team members.
