Job summary

PACE Infrastructure is recruiting experienced Industrial Painters, Grit Blasters and Blaster/Sprayers for a long-term rail infrastructure project at the River Avon, Christchurch. The role involves grit blasting, UHP preparation and applying three-coat M21 and M34 coating systems across trackside and non-trackside areas.

Ideal candidates will hold ICATS and/or TTP, CSCS, PTS and Face Fit certifications, plus Safety Medical / Fit for Work checks.

Qualifications

• ICATS and/or TTP competency
• CSCS certification
• PTS – Personal Track Safety
• Face Fit certification
• Safety Critical Medical / Fit for Work Medical
• Experience in industrial painting, blasting or protective coatings

Responsibilities

• Rotary jet washing and surface preparation
• Grit blasting and coating surface prep
• Apply 3-coat M21 protective coating systems
• Apply 3-coat M34 protective coating systems
• Industrial painting and spraying activities
• Trackside coating during weekend possessions/blockades
• Non-trackside preparation and coating works
• Follow project specifications, ITPs and quality requirements
