Qualifications

• Previous experience progressing from an engineering background up to Project Manager level.
• Exposure to clients Network Rail, TFL and London Underground advantageous.
• Previous experience undertaking commercial duties.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of construction resources including Labour, Plant, Materials and Subcontractors.
• Ensure construction teams are accountable for performance against schedules and budgets.
• Guarantee compliance with Health and Safety Legislation.
