Journey Beyond is seeking a Project Engineer within the Rail team to deliver safe, compliant and cost-effective project outcomes aligned with our performance objectives. You will enhance fleet reliability and asset performance through effective project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

Building strong stakeholder partnerships will be key to success, while maintaining governance, risk management and reporting practices. This is a 2 year fixed term contract.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in rail/transport.
• Proven track record in project management and governance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and planning abilities.

Aufgaben

• Deliver safe, compliant, and cost-effective project outcomes for rolling stock and equipment.
• Develop and maintain project scopes, plans and risk mitigation strategies with regular updates.
• Build collaborative relationships with operational leaders, maintenance teams, engineers and suppliers.
• Manage contractors and ensure clear communication of expectations and deliverables.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain project documentation for continuous improvement.
