Job summary

TES is seeking qualified and experienced rail possession management professionals to support works across the Sussex route. The roles involve safe planning, coordination and delivery of possessions, working closely with Network Rail and other contractors to ensure works are delivered safely, compliantly and efficiently.

You will be an experienced rail professional and hold the required competencies for possession management roles, including Sentinel card and PTS.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Sentinel card and PTS.
• Up-to-date rule book knowledge and medical.
• Experienced working within possessions.
• Strong safety-first mindset and professional approach.
• Clear communication with site teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver possessions safely.
• Work with Network Rail and other contractors to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain efficient delivery of works within possession environments.
