South Western Railway is hiring a Rail Operator 2 GPR to join our stations team. You will be at the heart of dispatching trains safely, assisting customers, and keeping platforms and facilities up to high standards.
You must have your own transport to reach different stations and be prepared to work varied shifts. This safety critical role requires vigilance, good colour vision, clear communication, and a flexible attitude.

Applicants who require a visa must have 6 months remaining at the time of their appointment. Training is full time and you must be able to commit to this.
Our customers need us all day, every day (except Christmas day) and as part of the stations team, you'll need to able to work shifts at all times of the day and on every day of the week.
You will work an average of 37 hours per week across 5days, with additional hours on a Sunday as part of a roster.
