Job summary

Carrington West is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to support rail infrastructure and TfL projects in London. Hybrid working arrangement (50/50 office/visit TfL sites) and rate £300-£359 PAYE or £450-£490 Umbrella.

You will lead project controls, ensure schedules and baselines are tracked, provide robust reporting, cost and risk management, and coordinate with project, commercial, finance, engineering, and operations teams across multiple depots.

Qualifications

• Strong project controls experience in rail or infrastructure.
• Experience in planning, financial controls and risk management.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Effectively manage stakeholders in a large team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project controls activities across projects.
• Support reporting, progress assessment, and baseline tracking.
• Manage cost, risk, and change control processes.
• Plan and monitor performance against baselines and schedules.
• Collaborate with project, commercial, finance, engineering and operations teams.
