Job summary

Turner & Townsend in London is seeking Project Controls Managers to support major infrastructure programmes across London and the South East.

You will lead the programme controls function, ensure accuracy of plans, cost, safety, environment and performance reporting, and deploy controls resources effectively.

Experience in rail, aviation, power, water or highways is preferred, with GRIP guidance and excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and scheduling functions, including schedule development and analysis.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with PC operating systems and basic software applications.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and MS Office for project controls tasks.
• Knowledge of engineering and construction management.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Project Controls across infrastructure projects in London and the South East.
• Lead the programme controls function, ensuring accuracy of plans, cost, safety, environment and performance reporting.
• Establish control processes in compliance with GRIP and manage resources at Territory/Project level.
• Review proposals/remits and develop realistic resource plans for delivery.
• Provide day-to-day support to Project Managers on plans, costs and performance reporting.
• Ensure data input to cost and performance systems meets data standards.
