Conrad Consulting is seeking an Associate Commercial Manager to support a major rail and transport client in Bristol. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the commercial management of rail infrastructure projects within a complex delivery environment.

You will bring commercial management experience in rail or infrastructure, with a solid grasp of contracts, strong analytical skills and stakeholder negotiation abilities.

Competenze

• Commercial management experience within rail, transport or infrastructure.
• Sound understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive approach to commercial risk and problem-solving.

Mansioni

• Support commercial management across rail projects.
• Monitor costs, contractual obligations and commercial performance.
• Assist with contract administration and change management.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Support reporting, forecasting and financial controls.
• Work with project teams and stakeholders to resolve commercial issues.
• Ensure appropriate commercial processes and records are maintained.
