Job summary

Conrad Consulting is recruiting an experienced Executive Commercial Manager to support a major rail infrastructure project in London, based in the Euston area. The role focuses on commercial audits, validation and governance across project expenditure and contractual information.

You will review project records, assess submissions and liaise with stakeholders to resolve queries, ensuring commercial accuracy and compliance throughout the programme.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Commercial Manager or Quantity Surveying role.
• Background in rail infrastructure or major construction projects.
• Experience undertaking commercial audits, validation or assurance activities.
• Strong understanding of commercial management and cost control.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• Confident working with project stakeholders and reviewing complex commercial information.

This is an interesting opportunity for a commercially experienced professional with a background in rail infrastructure and experience undertaking commercial assurance, validation and audit activities.

Based in the Euston area, you will support commercial validation activities, reviewing project information and undertaking audits to ensure commercial accuracy and compliance.
