Job summary

Expleo is seeking an Engineering Delivery Manager to provide principal engineering leadership, direction and decision authority on a programme or bid. You will direct and manage the Engineering team to meet schedule, cost, safety and quality targets, ensuring correct application of engineering processes to rail projects.

The role requires RAIl experience and a track record of delivering large, complex systems with high reliability.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer status, or equivalent.
• RAIL industry experience is a MUST.
• Proven ability to lead, manage and coach a multi-disciplinary engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from initiation to completion within scope, time and budget.
• Define objectives, requirements and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and resources.
• Foster safety, collaboration and efficiency across teams.
• Mentor and guide team members, removing obstacles to success.
• Collaborate with product/project managers to prioritise deliverables.
