Job summary

Benjamin Grace is seeking a capable rail electrical supervisor to oversee electrical installation and maintenance across rail projects in the UK. You will lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely and to RAMS, drawings and specifications, while monitoring progress to keep the programme on track.

You will coordinate labour, materials, plant and equipment, perform site inspections, and liaise with Project Managers, engineers, clients and other contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising electrical works in rail industry.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and work to RAMS.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation and maintenance works across rail projects.
• Lead and coordinate electrical site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are delivered safely and in line with RAMS, drawings and specifications.
• Monitor progress and ensure works remain on programme.
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant and equipment.
• Carry out site inspections and monitor quality.
• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, clients and other contractors.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant rail, electrical and health & safety standards.
• Promote a strong safety culture across site.
