Job summary

Network Rail, based in Milton Keynes, is seeking a Data Processing Team member to manage and improve data streams across core systems. The role involves learning multiple data streams to support workload across teams, with a hybrid pattern after training.

The position offers 35 hours per week, Band 6 salary (£26,178 - £27,173), and development opportunities within a flexible and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• GCSE grade C or above, or equivalent, in English and Maths.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work systematically and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an efficient and effective data management service.
• Collate and monitor the quality of data received against requirements; liaise with data providers to resolve shortfalls.
• Maintain and update data within core systems and libraries, following standards and work instructions.
• Provide data to other corporate and third party systems and ensure synchronization between systems.
• Maintain accurate records of data provision and maintenance for management information reports.
• Support development and delivery of data improvement activities and system enhancements.
• Liaise with managers, customers and stakeholders as required.
