Job summary

TfGM is seeking a Rail Graduate Officer to support the future development of rail services across Greater Manchester. You will gain hands-on experience in service planning, performance analysis and stakeholder engagement within the Rail team, contributing to the Bee Network and mobility solutions for the city region.

You will work with data, develop evidence-based recommendations, and help deliver operational and strategic rail projects while building networks and skills in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret information.
• Good digital skills, including Excel and an interest in using technology and AI to support analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce reports and recommendations.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Stakeholder engagement and relationship-building, with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to use own initiative while contributing as part of a team.
