Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the East West Rail team in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering land parcel works from access through completion, with a strong emphasis on site logistics and safety.

You will collaborate across disciplines, liaise with landowners, and help prepare parcels for mobilisation and handover. Ideal candidates will have solid planning skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem

Qualifications

• Strong planning and organisational skills across a busy construction project.
• Clear and effective communication with site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of health, safety and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support integrated planning of land parcels across disciplines (environmental surveys, archaeological trenching, utilities and access).
• Coordinate with Agricultural Liaison Officers to meet landowner requirements in delivery plans.
• Perform initial land parcel walkovers and produce logistics/site plans for mobilisation.
• Ensure parcels are operationally ready before work begins (access, logistics, welfare) and coordinate demobilisation after surveys.
• Assist with performance management by identifying risks, delays and constraints and reporting parcel readiness and progress.
