Rail Cleaning Team Leader

Location: Doncaster

Contract Type: Perm – Day Shift

Weekly Hours: Average 38.5 hours, 4 on 4 off basis

Salary: £14.10ph

Cleaning is Churchill’s largest long-established business area. As a Rail Cleaning Team Leader, you will have the important duty of enhancing our clients’ spaces within the Transport division. You’ll be part of a friendly team, all working together to create outstandingly clean and safe environments that make our clients happy.

As Rail Cleaning Team Leader, you will support the Site/Account Manager by ensuring cleaning standards across the contract are met and maintained at all sites, and that company policies are adhered to. You will actively support training new team members and liaise with clients as required.

This is a hands-on role, which includes covering cleaning duties. You’ll be part of a friendly team, all working together to create outstandingly clean and safe environments that make our clients happy.
