Are you a Building Surveyor with Network Rail experience?
Location: Birmingham to Manchester
Rate: £450 per day inside IR35 + expenses
Length: 6 months
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading consultancy on a range of Network Rail assets on the LNW corridor. Previous rail experience will therefore be required for this opportunity.
The majority of this work will take place between Birmingham to Manchester, so site travel will be required for surveying, and the remaining work can be done from home.
Given the nature of the work, only candidates that are chartered or have achieved an STE5 competency can be considered for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveying on Network Rail assets.
- Travel to sites between Birmingham and Manchester.
- Complete remaining work remotely.
Minimum Requirements:
- Chartership or STE5 competency
- Rail experience
- Willingness to travel to site
