Qualifications

• Relevant experience in architectural working, particularly in rail and transportation.
• Strong communication skills for conveying technical details graphically.
• Understanding of relevant technical design guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support production of architectural drawings, plans, and BIM models.
• Assist with multidisciplinary design coordination.
• Prepare schedules, reports, and technical documents.

Skills

Experience with CAD/BIM tools

Understanding of Building Regulations

Architectural working experience in rail or complex design

Ability to sketch technical detail

Education

HNC/HND in Architecture/Building Construction or BSc in Architectural Technology

Eligible member of an appropriate professional institution
