Qualifications

• Experience in architectural working in rail or transport.
• Strong communication skills in a multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the production of architectural drawings, plans and BIM models.
• Assist with multidisciplinary design coordination.
• Help prepare schedules, reports and technical documents.

Skills

Experience with CAD/BIM tools (Bentley OBD/Aecosim or MicroStation and Revit)

Understanding of Building Regulations and relevant Technical design guidance

Ability to sketch and communicate technical detail graphically

Education

HNC/HND in Architecture/Building Construction or BSc in Architectural Technology

Eligible member of an appropriate professional institution (MCIAT or equivalent)
