The Role
We are seeking a skilled Machinist to operate and maintain CNC and manual machines to produce high-precision parts and components. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of parts, troubleshooting machinery issues, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC and manual machines (core duties would be Milling machine and Mecal Machining Centre.) according to technical drawings and specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools.
  • Inspect parts for quality control, ensuring that all parts meet the required tolerances.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any machine or tooling issues.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company safety standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production team members to optimize processes and improve workflow.
