£41,745 per annum based on 40 hours per week
Opening hours: 0800-1800, all year round
RAFAKidz provides high-quality, affordable early years childcare and wraparound services to the children of serving RAF personnel and the wider defence community, including other military personnel, civil servants, contractors, and their families. You will work closely with our Nursery Manager to enhance and grow the quality of our care and team. You should have a strong knowledge of Early Years, relevant qualifications, a nurturing personality, and a desire to achieve the best outcomes for our children. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a deputy or management role and be confident undertaking additional responsibilities to cover the Nursery Manager role when needed (e.g., holidays).
