Our staff are specially selected for their loving and caring nature, as well as their expertise. About the role

Whilst previous experience within a childcare setting is desirable, it is not essential. We are looking for Casual Early Years Practitioners who have a genuine love of children, warmth, patience, and a great sense of humour! A typical day in the role will include (depending on your experience):

1. Being hands-on and creative with messy and outdoor play activities
2. Helping with meals and snack times
3. Keeping records on children’s progress and daily activities and adventures
4. Maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and hygiene
5. Meeting and greeting families and building great relationships
6. Being willing to learn from colleagues to understand EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage)
