We focus on:
We are seeking an individual to promote the profile of the RAF Benevolent Fund's welfare services and to carry out welfare casework. The role involves holistic assessments of needs both remotely (telephone and online) and in person across the region. The successful candidate will work with individuals with complex needs, helping them access support from the RAF Benevolent Fund and other statutory and military charities, ensuring appropriate support is provided through casework.
The ideal candidate will have experience in social welfare roles, supporting individuals, with strong relationship-building skills and empathy for the Armed Forces community.
This community-based position is primarily remote, covering Inverness, Moray, and Aberdeenshire. The candidate must have a personal vehicle for regional travel, with occasional travel to London. The role requires an Enhanced DBS check and proof of right to work in the UK.
