The Royal Air Force Families Federation (RAFFF) exists to improve the quality of life for the RAF family around the world – at work or at home. The Military Coworking Network is an Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust project managed by the RAFFF, based at RAF Wittering.
About the role
Based in South East England, focusing on growing the Hub membership. The Hub Community Support Coordinator supports our Military Coworking communities by creating a collaborative environment, ensuring members are supported, managing the hubs effectively, and fostering a vibrant community in each location. The role involves supporting and developing links between military partners using the hubs, key military base personnel, the wider Military Coworking Network project team, and local authority and voluntary sector providers. About you
Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude to grow the hub membership. With experience in sales, hospitality, or business operations, you should be a confident networker capable of promoting and digitally marketing our services. You will act as an ambassador for the Military Coworking Network, visiting hubs, representing us at events like family days and hub activities. We offer flexible working arrangements, including time off in lieu, to accommodate longer workdays when visiting locations. We seek someone who can take accountability, continuously improve, develop our offerings, and take pride in being part of the Military Coworking Network team.
