Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a Bank Radiographic Assistant, Band 2 or Band 3, to join the Radiology team across Perth, Dundee and Angus. You will support clinical staff in general X-ray, CT, MRI and ultrasound services. Clinical experience as a Health Care Support Worker or similar is required; further radiology training will be provided.

The department operates 24/7, so weekend and evening shifts are a key requirement. Hours are bank hours as required.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience as a Health Care Support Worker (HCSW) or similar is required.
• Further radiology training will be provided.
• Weekend and evening shifts are required due to 24/7 service.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to clinical staff in general X-ray, CT, MRI and ultrasound across NHST Radiology sites in Perth, Dundee and Angus.
