Position Summary: Provides continuity of records in transition from prospective resident to appointed resident and ensures accuracy of information maintained during tenure.
Location: Role will be based at Grandview but will also come to Princeton regularly on-site, full-time day shift schedule.

Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent. Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and/or database software, preferably Microsoft Office-based products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Licensure/Certification: None.
Experience: Two (2) years clerical or secretarial experience.
HIGHLY PREF: Must be comfortable interacting on a high level with a lot of physicians.
