Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of acute care supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all components of Radiology department operations.
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, TJC standards and OSHA requirements.
• Monitor and improve departmental performance, patient throughput and turnaround times.
• Develop and manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Lead education, training, and collaboration with network radiology leadership.
• Represent the department in community and professional relations.
