Job summary

Spire Leicester Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Radiology Manager to join the team on a permanent Full Time basis. The Radiology Manager will lead the Imaging Department, delivering excellent clinical care and effective managerial leadership to meet service levels and the hospital business plan.

The role requires a degree, HCPC registration and supervisory/management experience, with a focus on driving service improvement and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in imaging department management.
• Ability to lead across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience delivering clinical leadership.
• Knowledge of independent sector practice.
• Experience contributing to service development.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary radiology care while managing the Imaging Department.
• Ensure the diagnostic imaging team delivers high quality treatment.
• Meet AOP and achieve service levels in line with the hospital plan.
• Develop strategies for service improvement.
• Lead human resources activities for the team.
• Plan, monitor and quality assure use of technology for measurement and treatment.
