Position: Radiology Manager (Permanent | Full-Time, 37.5 Hours)

As the Radiology Manager at Plymouth Hospital, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and technically accurate Diagnostic Imaging services. You will foster a frontline leadership framework, manage services safely and seamlessly, and uphold clinical governance, legislation, and professional standards. As an HCPC registrant with a passion for quality improvement and patient-centered care, you will shape the future of our radiology services at Plymouth.

About Nuffield Health Plymouth Hospital:

Located in Derriford, Plymouth, next to the Devonshire Gym, our hospital has been part of the community since 1971. Our Diagnostic Imaging department handles plain film studies, ultrasound clinics, fluoroscopy, and mobile CT/MRI services. The department is managed by a third party, but as Head of Department, you will have overall responsibility for these services. We feature three main theatres, including laminar flow theatres for orthopaedic and spinal surgeries, and a 12-room outpatient department.

We provide treatments across specialties such as Orthopaedics, Plastic Surgery, and Neurosurgery. We are proud to be ranked in the top 50 hospitals nationwide for total hip replacement patient outcomes.
