A healthcare provider in Stockport is seeking individuals for a reception administration role within the Radiology team. This position involves responding to queries from patients and medical staff, managing patient information on databases, and ensuring patient comfort. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, administrative experience, and the ability to work under pressure. This is due to the position not meeting the minimum salary threshold of £41,700per annumand/or the requiredskill levelset by UK Visas and Immigration.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
To participate in all queries from patients, visitors, and medical staff as a first line of contact in a clinical environment.
To participate in all aspects of the reception administration service within Radiology.
To work in offices or receptions in Radiology departments 'A', 'B' and 'C'.
To ensure the care and comfort of patients and carers whilst in the Department whilst manning reception desks.
To maintain and upload information onto supporting databases linked to patient pathways, recording investigations and relevant radiological information.
To deal with telephone enquiries from patients, GPs, Consultants and other staff disciplines.

If successful this vacancy will require a Standard DBS check at a cost of £26.90. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary.
In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £16.
