Job summary

Homerton University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Apprentice Radiographic Assistant in the Department of Radiology. The role involves patient care, preparation for examinations, housekeeping and general administrative duties across X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound and Mammography, and assisting with PACS image processing.

You will work with Radiographers, Radiologists and Assistants to ensure efficient imaging services, while developing a broad range of clinical skills in a busy hospital

Responsibilities

• Assist Consultants and Radiographers in imaging procedures.
• Provide patient care and support in the Department of Radiology.
• Perform housekeeping and support duties while rotating through all sections.
