Overview

An opportunity is available to join the patient booking team based in the Radiology Department at the Central site. We are looking for hardworking individuals to join our busy team as Bank staff. The role is based in a busy appointments environment, and the successful applicant will be part of a team with responsibility for managing a waiting list and booking patients. The post requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, cope with challenging situations and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all Radiology outpatient and in-patient clinical sessions, including rescheduling and adjusting clinic patterns.
  • Set up clinical appointment slots in collaboration with Radiology IT and Clinical Leads.
  • Work on departmental reception desks as required.
  • Manage waiting lists and book patients for procedures and appointments within the Radiology Department.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Ability to cope with challenging situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Welsh language ability is desirable; applications from English and/or Welsh speakers are welcome.
