Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a dynamic, caring radiography support member to join the Caithness General Hospital imaging team in Wick. You will assist patients, Sonographers, Radiographers and Radiologists across Diagnostic Imaging procedures, maintaining patient dignity and comfort throughout.

This is a full-time post (36 hours per week), Monday to Friday, with occasional duties at the Golspie site. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Ability to provide assistant and reassurance to service users.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic and caring team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients, Sonographers, Radiographers and Radiologists during imaging procedures.
• Maintain patient dignity and comfort.
• Based in Caithness General Hospital with possible duties at Golspie.
