Job summary

Vale Hospital in Cardiff is seeking a Radiographer for a fixed-term, full-time contract. The role offers up to £34,000 per annum and 37.5 hours per week.

As part of Nuffield Health, you will deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging, work across department, ward and theatre, and supervise junior colleagues. A BSc in diagnostic radiography with HCPC registration is required, plus a postgraduate qualification and strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold HCPC registration or be eligible.
• Postgraduate qualification desirable.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver our high-quality diagnostic imaging service.
• Experience a varied caseload in the department, on the ward and in theatre.
• Work with leading practitioners and new practices, equipment and facilities.
• Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures.
• Supervise and develop junior colleagues.
• Ensure that what you do is delivered with sensitivity and compassion.
