Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Band 5 radiographers to join our friendly, well-supported team. The post holder must be flexible, adaptable to change, and committed to providing safe, kind, and compassionate care. Our team is our greatest resource—enthusiastic, friendly, and skilled. We support ongoing professional development and encourage staff involvement in training and audits.

The role involves performing a wide range of examinations, including general x-rays, paediatric imaging, trauma imaging, fluoroscopy, theatre & mobile, dental, EOS imaging, and exposure to CT and nuclear medicine. The department operates 24/7, and participation in this service is essential.

Main Duties

This is a cross-site position working across four sites, featuring diverse facilities such as x-ray rooms, fluoroscopy, dental x-ray, CT scanners, EOS scanner, ultrasound rooms, nuclear medicine rooms, cath labs, and MRI scanners. This variety offers valuable experience and scope for professional growth.

A BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent qualification is required. Radiographers qualifying in Summer 2024 are encouraged to apply. There is a competency-based career progression from Band 5 to Band 6 after 18 months. Staff also benefit from a 20% high-cost area supplement in inner London.
