Job Summary
To work with a team of radiologists, radiographers and ancillary staff providing a safe and efficient radiology service 7 days a week. This includes X-ray, DEXA and CT scanning, maintaining a high radiographic standard and a first-rate standard of patient care.
Main duties of the job
- Work on a rota system through X-ray, CT and DEXA scanning.
- Administration of cannulas and IV contrast media.
- Comply with the Ionising Radiation (Medical Exposure) Regulations (2000).
