Job Description:

Sonomatic RAIS is looking to recruit a PCN LII Radiographer to join our onshore team based in Grangemouth. Main duties include delivering Radiographic Services in line with Company Procedures and Local Rules. Work may be conducted within Radiography Bays or on client sites, with offshore work possible if interested—though not mandatory.

Overview of Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of Radiographic activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
• Perform duties as RPS if qualified.
• Report Radiographic issues to the Manager regularly.
• Liaise with RPS regarding Local Rules and procedures.
• Ensure Controlled Areas comply with Local Rules and IRR regulations.
• Report Radiographic results according to client and company standards.
• Maintain Radiographic equipment in good working order and signed off per shift.
• Follow all RAD specific procedures.
• Maintain RAD equipment and darkroom safely and tidily.
• Perform all required validation checks.
• Follow safety rules and report hazards.
• Provide technical support to peers and trainees as needed.
• Complete all documentation accurately and sign off as required.
• Follow Local Rules and report faults or deviations.

Position in Organisation

• Reports to Line Manager
• Collaborates with Supervisors, Managers, and colleagues
• Interacts with clients when working on-site
