Job description

We are recruiting for a Senior Radioactive Waste Management Consultant to join our team. Due to the rapid growth of our business in the civil nuclear waste management sector, we require more support to deliver and continue to expand our expertise. We have a leading role in waste strategy, inventory and compliance underpinning the future management of radioactive waste, spent nuclear fuels and nuclear materials. We also support clients with Site End-State decision making and underpinning environmental activities. In the UK, we deliver a diverse range of projects for waste producers, waste management organisations and strategic authorities across all aspects of the waste lifecycle. We are delivering similarly interesting and exciting projects across the globe including projects for clients in Norway, Central & Eastern Europe and Japan. You will focus on the development and assessment of radioactive waste inventories and characterisation data to support waste management strategies. You will also provide support to other projects in the areas of decommissioning and environmental management. You will have the opportunity to apply your skills to solving real world problems for our customers. We are committed to the continuing professional development of our staff. We are operating under flexible working arrangements, with a mixture of office-based and home working environments.
