Job Description:

Radio Times Social Content Creator (up to £30,000 based on full time)

This is a part time (3 days a week), 4 month contract

About the role

Radio Times is seeking a Social content creator. As part of the content team, you will work independently and collaboratively with our editorial, design, digital, video, print and social media leads to create engaging and original content across our socials.

As a Social Content Creator you will;

  • Engage Radio Times’ audience on social platforms
  • Manage content across our social channels
  • Work with internal talent to produce best-in-class video
  • Create content to promote our subscription services
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop and execute ideas
  • Present on-camera for Radio Times
  • Stay updated on content trends and formats
  • Contribute to social planning sessions with research and ideas
Requirements
  • Passionate about TV, film and social media trends
  • Understand social platforms and their content requirements
  • Experience in presenting
  • Experience in video editing
  • Excellence in iPhone filming; additional videography skills are a plus
  • Detail-oriented
  • Experience with content calendars
