Plans, designs, develops, and tests real-time software systems or applications for software enhancements and new cellular radio-related products.
- Definition of radio software architectures and development of key features to support radio development.
- Liaison with key Systems/HW/FPGA/BSP/I&V/Test SMEs to ensure software architecture can meet market requirements, is implementable within a given timeframe, and complies with company processes and product reuse goals.
- Development of documents, code, scripts, and tools necessary to support software product development.
- Work with global development teams and support or chair meetings.
- Drive software development technical issues to closure and support debugging of software-related technical issues.
- Over 10 years of experience in real-time software development, preferably within a telecom environment (candidates from other industries with relevant experience/skills will be considered).
- Demonstrable software skills in requirements definition, architecture breakdown, code development, testing, lifecycle processes, debugging, tools, and support within a real-time software environment.
- Ability to work effectively in virtual teams.
- Proficient in development, office, and communication tools necessary for the role.
