Job Description / Skills

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Assistant for our Service Department. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and preparing equipment for customer orders. Training and support will be provided, whether you are experienced or new to the field.

Responsibilities
  • Service, test, and prepare equipment for customers and stock
  • Diagnose faults and perform basic repairs
  • Support daily departmental tasks
  • Ensure equipment reliability and readiness
  • Maintain attention to detail and a methodical approach
  • Apply logical fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Work independently and as part of a team
