Location: Swansea + Field-Based

Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Installing, configuring & maintaining DMR/PMR/UHF/VHF radio systems and networking equipment.
2. Conducting site surveys and troubleshooting technical issues on-site.
3. Supporting system rollouts & new deployments.
4. Ensuring compliance with industry standards & security protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Military/Forces background OR field engineering experience in radio or networking installations.
2. Hands-on experience with DMR, PMR, UHF, VHF radio systems OR network installations.
3. SC Clearable (Security Clearance eligibility required).
4. Ability to work independently and travel across London & surrounding areas.

Nice to Have:

1. Additional experience with DMR/PMR systems.
2. Knowledge of security & networking technologies.
