Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and service radio communication systems, including Motorola equipment.
• Work with technologies such as repeaters, duplexers, and other advanced radio systems.
• Perform on-site fieldwork across various client locations within the UK.
• Provide support for major events and critical communications.
• Participate in on-call rota and deliver occasional event support services.

Skills/Must have:

• Proven experience with radio communication systems.
• Strong knowledge of radio equipment, including repeaters and duplexers.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the UK.
• Ability to commute to the office in either Caterham or St. Neots
• This is a hands-on role, offering a mix of fieldwork and office-based projects. Candidates must be flexible, willing to travel, and able to commute to the office.

Desirable Skills:

• Motorola-specific experience.
• Background in the military or similar technical field.
