Radio Design and Optimisation

Next-Ventures are looking for a Radio Design Engineer. You will be responsible for the design, optimization, and performance analysis of radio systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of radio access networks (RAN), including 4G and 5G technologies, and ensuring optimal coverage and capacity.

Responsibilities

1. Design and implement radio network solutions (RAN) for various telecom projects, including 4G, LTE, and 5G systems.
2. Conduct detailed site surveys to assess the suitability of locations for new base stations or upgrades.
3. Create and maintain accurate technical documentation, including site designs, frequency plans, optimization reports, and project progress updates.
4. Work closely with RF engineers, network planners, and system architects to design and deploy end-to-end telecom solutions.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency with radio planning and design tools.
2. Previous experience with Ericsson equipment.
3. Hands-on experience with design, testing, network optimization, and KPIs.
4. English speaking.
