The Job

• Technically lead a small RAN infrastructure team on all Pre and Post Sales activities, responding to RFPs, Design, I&C, training and customer support
• Act as lead technical SME to customers and partners on solution deployments, evaluate design, proposals and use.
• Project Management and scheduling of commissioning and integration activities
• Oversee technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring tickets are resolved and acting as primary point of escalation
• Conduct training sessions, internally for the team as well as overseeing customer training

You

• Technical expertise of 4G or 5G Radio Access Network technologies; Small Cells, ORAN, DAS etc.
• Experience of RF design, RF Modulation schemes, RF measurement tools etc.
• Customer facing experience/ability – preferably from RAN design and I&C activities.
• Experience of running PoCs, trials, contributing to RFPs etc. an advantage but not essential
• Self-sufficient and can-do attitude – Fast paced environment
• Ability to travel – not excessive – 25% of the time
