Are you an experienced distributor manager looking for an exciting opportunity to make a global impact? We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Distributor Manager to oversee and optimise our global network of distributor partners, with a key focus on the top performers. If you have a strong background in international sales growth, distributor development, and relationship management, this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Maximising Distributor Performance – Manage and develop our top global distributors, ensuring they exceed performance targets through regular reviews and coaching.
  • Optimising Our Network – Evaluate and enhance our global distributor network, replacing underperforming partners and recruiting high-potential distributors to expand our reach.
  • Driving Sales Growth – Develop and execute strategies with distributors to increase market share, create business plans, and launch sales initiatives.
  • Training & Marketing Support – Provide product training, sales tools, and marketing materials to distributors to ensure they are fully equipped to represent our brand effectively.
  • Monitoring & Improving Performance – Track distributor sales data against KPIs, identifying opportunities for growth and providing support to help meet revenue targets.
  • Engaging Globally – Travel internationally (~50% of the time) to visit distributors, provide hands-on support, conduct joint customer meetings, and assist with product demonstrations.
  • Collaborating with Internal Teams – Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure distributors receive the necessary support to succeed.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis – Gather insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to shape sales and marketing strategies.
  • Pricing & Contract Negotiation – Ensure pricing strategies remain competitive while maintaining profitability. Negotiate contract terms with distributors.
  • Distributor Incentive Programmes – Develop and implement incentive schemes to motivate and reward high-performing distributors.
  • Customer Engagement & Support – Assist distributors with customer interactions, including technical support, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
  • New Product Launches – Ensure distributors are well-prepared to introduce and promote new products effectively.
  • Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination – Work with internal teams to ensure efficient product delivery to distributors.
  • Digital & Social Media Engagement – Support distributors in enhancing their online presence and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Distributor Retention & Development – Identify opportunities for distributor mergers, consolidations, or collaborations.
  • Reporting & Forecasting – Provide regular performance reports and revenue projections to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in international distributor management, with a proven track record of driving sales and optimising distributor performance. Industry background is flexible, as long as you have strong expertise in managing distributor networks and growing sales in a B2B environment.
  • Sales & Business Acumen: A proven track record of driving sales growth through distributor networks, with the ability to set and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage distributor partnerships across different regions and cultures.
  • Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Ability to assess performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement effective growth strategies.
  • Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time to strengthen distributor relationships and support market expansion.
