Radar Hardware Integration Authority

Location: Cowes, Isle of Wight

Salary: Circa £68,000 + bonus & excellent benefits

Clearance: All candidates must be eligible for SC clearance

Copello is currently working with a global defence company seeking a Radar Hardware Integration Authority. You will work hands-on with complex radar hardware, leading integration efforts and ensuring system excellence for platforms such as the UK’s flagship aircraft carrier.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading radar systems testing, integration, and fault diagnostics
  • Supporting the Radar Design Authority as a trusted integration expert
  • Applying Systems Engineering (ISO 15288) across the full lifecycle
  • Collaborating across electronics, software, and mechanical teams
  • Driving innovation and solving real-world defence challenges

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong background in digital/electronic hardware engineering
  • Experience with systems integration and radar equipment
  • Hands-on capability in diagnostics, testing, and fault finding
  • Knowledge of VHDL, digital circuit design, and safety assurance
