Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs Sudbury Hill in London is seeking a Racquets Manager to lead a team of coaches across Padel, Tennis and Pickleball, delivering the racquets programme with an exceptional member experience.

You will require LTA Level 3 or above or an equivalent qualification, together with strong communication and a passion for health and fitness. The role includes career development opportunities and benefits such as free club membership for you and your family.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of coaches across Padel, Tennis and Pickleball.
• Deliver the racquets programme across the Club to ensure an exceptional member experience.
• Foster an inclusive club culture and support member development.
